Crystal Conkle Recognized as a CRN 2026 Women of the Year Awards Finalist
Leading managed service provider (MSP) The 20 MSP is proud to announce that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Crystal Conkle, Chief Marketing Officer of The 20 MSP, a finalist in the Marketing Executive of the Year category of the 2026 CRN Women of the Year Awards.
The recognition honors Conkle’s leadership and impact in building The 20 MSP’s brand, driving demand and helping position the company as one of the most recognized organizations in the MSP channel.
As CMO, Conkle leads The 20 MSP’s marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, events and executive thought leadership. Her work has played an integral role in supporting the company’s continued growth while expanding its reach and visibility among channel partners and businesses across the country.
Over the past year, Conkle has continued to evolve The 20 MSP’s approach to marketing, with an emphasis on creating meaningful connections between brand and business growth. From expanding the company’s flagship VISION and SUMMIT events to strengthening its digital presence and thought leadership, she has helped build a marketing strategy designed to create demand, deepen engagement and differentiate The 20 MSP in an increasingly competitive market.
Her impact extends beyond The 20 MSP. Conkle has become an active voice and advocate within the IT channel, speaking on marketing, leadership, AI and enterprise value while championing greater visibility and opportunities for women in technology. In 2026, she was named to CRN’s Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Providers list and received GTIA’s Advancing Women in Technology Leadership Award.
“Crystal has completely elevated our entire mindset around marketing,” said Tim Conkle, CEO and Founder of The 20 MSP. “She understands that great marketing isn’t just about getting attention. It has to create trust, drive growth and make the business stronger. The brand and position we have in this industry today are a reflection of that. I’m incredibly proud of what she’s built and couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition.”
This is the fourth annual CRN Women of the Year Awards, which spotlight extraordinary women, companies and allies who demonstrate dedication to advancing the IT industry through their leadership and initiatives each day. The winners of the Women of the Year Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala on December 8, 2026, in New York City.
“The finalists for the CRN Women of the Year Awards represent some of the most accomplished and influential leaders across the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of U.S. Content and Executive Editor at CRN, The Channel Company. “Their accomplishments reflect the talent, determination, and forward-thinking approach that continue to strengthen our industry. We are honored to recognize their achievements and celebrate the meaningful impact they are making throughout the industry.”
