As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
My life goal as a child was to be a zoo keeper.
What’s the most challenging thing about your job?
There are only 24 hrs in a day!
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement is traveling and hiking on all 7 continents of the world.
What do you think is the most important quality necessary for success?
Humility. You can be successful in life if you have failed as a person.
What do you like most about Roland?
I love the atmosphere of accepting challenges and solving problems.
What do you like to do in your spare time? / What are your hobbies?
I do woodworking, metal work, and help with local dog rescues.
Where are you going on your next vacation?
My next vacation will find me hiking in some mountains and camping by a river.
